Curwensville Lake looks to upgrade equipment Playground

“The Lake has been working on the Master site development plan,” said Susan Reed, a member of the Board of the Curwensville Lake authority. “We applied for the DCNR to replace the first of four play.”

Reed said the new equipment will be installed at the nearest playground with pavilions 2, which is above the marina area of the Lake. It would also be made handicap accessible.

“We are very grateful to the DCNR to help us with this project, and is pleased to offer new equipment for the children who visit to enjoy,” said Reed.

Upgrade to play the remaining equipment will take place, as long as funds permit, said Reed.
