My 4 year old was asked to go to the toilet while sleeping in Her daycare. The teacher said no, so he let the bully-free. I talk to them and tell them that, if let him say that he wanted to go to the toilet. If he was just messing around, then take some time to play it, but not to let this happen again. His policy is ridiculous and should not be allowed to be in place. If You find that your school ager is playing around, then take him or her to task on the benefits of potentially punishes the whole class.
This actually sounds plausible. It is as if there are rules governing behavior of, parents get up in arms. But honestly, if work let him use it.
